Message	Sucks you missed your deadline. Overall as a vendor, I think they do a damn good job. I know they've gone above and beyond for me numerous times when I've been in a pinch. Try dealing with a different member of their team since there's one you're having issues with. I always say a hundred happy customers won't tell one person before one un-happy customer tells 100 people.
